Al Marino, Inc. has instituted and maintains a company safety program of policies, procedures, and practices to protect their employees from, and help them to recognize job-related safety and health hazards.

Our company safety program includes procedures for the identification, evaluation, and prevention or control of workplace hazards, site specific job hazards, and potential hazards that may arise.

Our company safety program includes the following four main elements:

	1.	Management Commitment Our company safety program includes a clear statement of policy by the owners; management support of safety policies and procedures; and employee involvement in the structure and operation of the program.

	2.	Worksite Analysis Our company safety program sets forth procedures to analyze the jobsite and identify existing hazards and conditions and operations in which changes might occur to create new hazards.

	3.	Hazard Prevention and Control Our company safety program establishes procedures to correct or control present or potential hazards on the jobsite

	4.	Safety and Health Training Our company safety program has a key component of an effective training element. The complexity of the training depends on the size of and the complexity of the worksite as well as the characteristics of the hazards and the potential hazards at the site.

Al Marino, Inc. will commit to meet all accepted standards for safe practices during the work and safely maintain all stored equipment, machines, and material or other hazards related to the work. Al Marino, Inc. will commit to sole installation responsibility and complying with all local, county, state requirements including, but not limited to, full compliance with the terms of the applicable OSHA safety orders at all times to protect all persons including others not directly employed by Al Marino, Inc. and not directly involved in the work.
